Live experience
Events people still talk about afterwardsCorporate & Government
An event is a brand experience with a deadline and no second take. From concept and logistics to light, sound and on-site delivery, we run corporate, government and cultural events in the UAE that people still talk about after the lights go down.
What you get
Everything event marketing covers.
Signs it is time
You are probably here because…
- The date is set and the venue, permits and suppliers are not
- Last year's event looked good and produced no measurable follow-up
- The campaign to fill the room starts too late to fill it
- Multiple suppliers are each doing their own version of the brand
- Nobody owns what happens after the doors close
Capabilities

- Permits and approvals handled to the emirate's requirements
- A campaign that fills the room before the doors open
- One brand experience across staging, print, screen and staff
- Content and follow-up captured while the event is still running

Questions
Frequently asked.
- How far in advance should we start planning?
- Earlier than most teams expect, because venues, permits and the better suppliers are booked well ahead — particularly around peak season in the UAE. The larger and more public the event, the longer the approvals take, so the schedule is usually set by permitting rather than by production.
- Do you handle permits and government approvals?
- Yes. Public and cultural events in the UAE carry approval requirements that vary by emirate, venue and event type, and they shape the timeline more than anything else. We plan around them from the start rather than discovering them late.
- Can you run the marketing campaign as well as the event?
- That is usually the point of using one agency. The campaign that fills the room, the experience inside it and the content that comes out of it are the same brand story — splitting them across suppliers is where the message tends to fall apart.
