Workflow and automation

Automation where it actually saves timeWorkflow audit and

Most AI projects fail because they start with the technology instead of the bottleneck. We look at where your team loses hours — chasing leads, retyping data, answering the same question — and automate those steps, leaving the judgement calls to people.

What you get

Everything ai & automation covers.

Workflow audit and automation roadmap
Lead capture, routing and follow-up automation
System and data integration between existing tools
AI-assisted content and response drafting workflows
Reporting and alerting automation
Team training and handover documentation

Signs it is time

You are probably here because…

  • The team retypes the same data between two systems every day
  • Enquiries wait hours for a first response because nobody is watching the inbox
  • Reporting is assembled by hand each month from four different tools
  • Someone bought an AI tool and nobody could say what it was for
  • Processes live in people's heads, so they break when those people are away

Capabilities

What this team can do.

Find the steps costing the most manual hours before proposing any tooling
Automate lead routing and follow-up so enquiries are never left waiting
Connect systems that do not talk to each other and stop the retyping
Apply AI to drafting, tagging and triage where a person still reviews the output
Document what is automated so the team can maintain it without us

What changes

After the work lands.

  • The repetitive steps automated, and the hours back
  • Enquiries routed and acknowledged without anyone watching an inbox
  • Systems talking to each other instead of being bridged by copy-paste
  • AI used where a person still reviews anything that reaches a customer
  • Documentation, so the team can maintain it without us

What it looks like

The shape of an engagement.

  1. 01

    Map

Where the hours actually go, before any tooling is proposed.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

The steps worth automating, ranked by time saved against effort.

  3. 03

    Build

Workflows connected, with a person kept in the loop where judgement matters.

  4. 04

    Test

Run alongside the manual process until it is trusted.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Documentation and training, so it survives without us.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Where should a business start with automation?
With the task your team complains about most, which is usually something repetitive and well-defined — routing enquiries, moving data between two systems, or chasing follow-ups. Starting there gives a measurable saving quickly, and it teaches you what your processes actually look like before anything bigger is attempted.
Will AI replace our marketing team?
Not in the work we do. AI is good at first drafts, classification and volume; it is unreliable at judgement, taste and anything where being confidently wrong is expensive. The workflows we build keep a person reviewing anything that reaches a customer.
Do we need new software for this?
Often not. Most businesses already own tools whose automation features are barely used, and connecting what you have is cheaper and easier to maintain than adding another subscription. We recommend new software only when the gap is real.

What is your team doing by hand?

Describe the process that wastes the most time. We will tell you whether it is worth automating and what it would take.
