CRM consultancy
A CRM your team will actually useHubSpot
Most CRM projects fail on adoption, not on software. We pick the platform that fits how your team already sells, shape the workflows around that, migrate the data properly and train the people who have to live in it every day.
What you get
Everything crm covers.
Signs it is time
You are probably here because…
- You bought a CRM and the team still runs the pipeline in a spreadsheet
- Contact records are duplicated, incomplete, or both
- Nobody can see where a deal actually is without asking
- The website's enquiry form does not reach the CRM
- Reporting is guesswork because the data behind it is not maintained
Capabilities
What this team can do.
What changes
After the work lands.
- A platform chosen for how your team sells, not for licence margin
- Pipelines and stages that match the real process, so they get used
- Existing data migrated cleanly, with duplicates resolved
- Website, forms and marketing tools feeding the CRM directly
- A team trained on it, and supported through the first months

Questions
Frequently asked.
- Which CRM is best for our business?
- There is no single answer — HubSpot suits marketing-led teams, Salesforce scales to complex sales operations, and Zoho, Bitrix or Odoo often fit businesses that want CRM alongside other operations at a lower cost. The right choice depends on team size, sales complexity and what else it must connect to. We are not tied to one vendor.
- Can you move our data from an old system?
- Yes. Migration is usually the part that decides whether the project succeeds — deduplication, field mapping and preserving history all have to be handled before go-live. Data that arrives messy is the fastest way to lose the team’s trust in a new system.
- What happens if the team does not adopt it?
- That is the normal failure mode, and it is why training and workflow design matter more than features. A CRM that mirrors how people already work gets used; one that adds admin without giving anything back gets abandoned, no matter which logo is on it.
