4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all required content, materials, approvals, and feedback necessary to complete the services in a timely manner. Any delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines, for which DXB360 Marketing will not be held liable.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to us do not infringe upon third-party rights, copyrights, trademarks, or laws.
5. Payment Terms
All invoices issued must be paid in full within the payment terms specified (typically 7–30 days unless otherwise agreed). Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension without further notice.
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for urgent delivery, scope changes, or third-party service integrations.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. However, DXB360 Marketing retains the right to display completed work as part of our portfolio or case studies unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
All pre-existing materials, tools, templates, or intellectual property used in the creation of services remain the property of DXB360 Marketing or its licensors.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the course of a project as confidential. This includes client strategies, documents, access credentials, and campaign data.
We will not share your confidential information with third parties except when required by law or with prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver services to the highest standards, DXB360 Marketing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
