Business Development Executive – Marketing
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with strong marketing knowledge and outstanding presentation skills to help drive growth, attract new clients, and represent our agency at the highest level.
This person will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, pitching creative marketing solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries in the UAE and GCC region
- Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to potential clients, tailored to their marketing needs
- Understand client requirements and offer custom marketing solutions (branding, digital strategy, content, etc.)
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from lead to onboarding
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to boost visibility and lead generation
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and insights on sales activities and market trends
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business development or client-facing role (preferably in a marketing/digital agency)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – confident in pitching to C-level executives
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- UAE market experience and existing network is a strong plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
